1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dropliy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Dropliy is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create online stores and landing pages, manage orders, and track analytics. The Service includes AI content generation, page building tools, order management, pixel tracking, and related features. Features may change as we continue to improve the platform.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain the security of your password; promptly update any changes to your information; accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe upon intellectual property rights; distribute malware, spam, or harmful content; engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices; sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products; harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, and you assume full responsibility for content published through your account.
6. Payment & Billing
Dropliy offers pay-as-you-go pricing and subscription plans. By purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Dropliy and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service (landing pages, store content, etc.) belongs to you, subject to any third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your content as part of operating the Service.
8. Customer Data & Orders
You are the data controller for any personal information collected through your stores and landing pages. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and local regulations) with respect to your customers' data. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (payment processors, ad platforms, fulfillment services). These integrations are subject to the respective third parties' terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropliy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dropliy harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; content you publish through the Service.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations. You may request data export before account closure.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
